Sreeja Iyer, Founder & CEO

Sreeja is an MBA graduate from Indian School of Business (ISB) with a specialization in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and an alumni of the Harvard Graduate School of Education Future of Learning Professional Development Program. She has over a decade of experience working with children and finds meaning in inspiring children and empowering them to find their voice, expand their choice and discover the spark within.
She has been featured as Top 10 Women in Education in 2021, awarded as one of Top 50 Women Achievers as part of V-WA 50 by Vedica Alliance in 2021 and is a strong advocate of Empathy in Education

Minesh Happy, Chief Mentor & Head of Operations

Minesh comes with fifteen years of experience in education, training and team building. He has been closely working with children to build their identities as learners, helping them unravel and nurture the human potential in them.
He plays a critical role in managing operations and training the team of facilitators on awareness, empathy and processes that serve as tools that enable them to work on themselves and hence work with children keeping the whole child in the centre.

Disha K, Learning Facilitator

Disha is a graduate in Biotechnology. But most importantly, a being who is committed to constantly evolve and grow; someone who is super excited and passionate about working with children and contributing to the vision of creating confident learners and change-makers today.
She has an intimate love for language, arts, science, technology, sports and the great outdoors, which she carries into children’s learning experiences on a daily basis. Being someone who believes that food has a huge impact on our mind and body, she also mentors mission SM Plates and works with children on mindful eating practices. She believes in leveraging her potential to contribute towards revolutionizing how children experience education.

Sruthy Krishna, Learning Facilitator

With the constant thirst to experience more in life and give back to the society that provided so much for her, Sruthy found her calling in the field of Psychology (that she graduated in).
Embracing her passion for children, mental health, and expressive and performing arts, her path led her towards the education industry, where she found her way to SM, which opened her up to walking the path of changemaking. Her love for the English language has led her to facilitating ELAC , while mentoring the mission CSP which helps her bring her vision for building empowered communities around, holding LIFE hour, and expressing herself along with children while mentoring music.

Grace Veronica, Senior Learning Facilitator

Grace Veronica holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts and a few years of experience in the Montessori method of teaching. She has always been an ardent learner which has helped her constantly evolve and contribute towards education and children’s learning in their early years.
She grew up around inspired teachers all her life, driving her to walk this purposeful journey with Sparkling Mindz. She has grown from learning to facilitate smaller groups of preschool children to leading and mentoring a team of facilitators, inspiring them to take deep and joyful learning experiences to children.

Sumati Vinay, Learning Facilitator

Sumati is an Engineer(E&TC) by education and comes with 16 years of IT career which includes working in business and the corporate academy and is now a learning facilitator.
She facilitates Math Problem Solving and Design (MPD). It is her passion to explore the world of math and constantly seek connections between math and the world around and make it meaningful for herself and the children. She loves to express herself through newer and newer art works and holds the visual art and dramatics for the children. Her constant effort is to live sustainably and brings that experience to mentor the mission TRUI - climate change.
She is on a mission to continuously learn and share all of it with children to help and support them become self-reliant humans.

Being unique needs to be a systemic norm, not an act of rebellion. This belief, with the passion of working towards impacting lives, has led Shraavya on the path of connecting with SM to create empowering communities.
Having a masters in International relations and development, she carries a vision for everyone to be true world citizens by embracing the greyness, be critical thinkers and walk a mindful path, she implements this through facilitating the CWE (Citizenship, world and Entrepreneurship) Learning Area at SM.
A sportsperson at heart, she believes that learning is purposeful and everywhere and is on a mission to achieve this by reimagining education together.

Aswathy Panicker, Learning Facilitator

Aswathy has 10+years of corporate Learning and Development team experience, a post graduation in Biotechnology, a passionate storyteller and explorer. She believes everybody has a story. Tinkering, exploring one’s own story and the world around us would make each one of us more compassionate and thereby makes the world a better place to live.
At SM she found more meaning to life in inspiring young minds through stories, wondering, exploring , working towards creating empowered safe spaces for children of various spectrum as she facilitates library, Scientific Inquiry and Experimentation, LIFE (Learning is Forever and Everywhere) and as a mentor for the Mission Child Vulnerability.

Nancy Garg, Learning Facilitator

A Progressive and an engaging educator, Nancy is a graduate of Miranda House, University of Delhi in Elementary Education. The progressive approach in the curriculum inspired her to work with children and bring a change in the education system.
She believes in holistic development of an individual which can let them become problem solvers and face the challenges of life with grace. Her love and passion for mathematics and problem solving gives her joy each day while working with children in MPD classes.

Chaitra Neerubhavi, Learning Facilitator

Chaitra holds a Master's in Applied Sociology and a Diploma in Child Sexual Abuse, Personal Safety, and Reproductive health from Enfold India. She experienced the plight of education first-hand through working in NGOs and CSR firms. This inspired her to find her purpose in the education system and create change from within.
She believes that a safe space is what enables an individual to grow to become empowered. With this belief, she mentors Mission Child Vulnerability (MCV) whose vision is to create empowered individuals. She also facilitates Citizenship, World, and Entrepreneurship (CWE) at Sparkling Mindz.
She loves books, animals and loves to connect with people from varied walks of life which she brings in to create a community of like-minded people.

Neha Wadhwa, Learning Facilitator

Neha is a Science graduate with specialization in the field of Microbiology, her passion to work with young children began during her own child’s growth with her approach of offering sensory, language, experimentation and imagination rich environments.
Feeding this passion further she pursued early childhood education courses in the US along with working with her first set of young explorers.
She joined Sparkling Mindz where she found purpose to become a better version of herself, and to contribute to children creating empowering beliefs and trust that they are the thinking creators of today.
Kruthika A, Learning Facilitator

Kruthika has done her degree in Psychology and an MBA in HR and Marketing, and worked as an HR in the corporate world.
When she heard about Sparkling Mindz and the Reggio - inspired way of learning and facilitation, where she gets to live each day in a system where children learn through joy and purpose, where they learn to hold space for each other to grow, experiment and learn from their mistakes and there is space for different perspectives to be respected and realised she found her true being. She believes that working with children has been life changing and is inspired to continue on this purposeful journey.
She continues to finds empowerment, direction and camaraderie with the team and mentors that she works with to enable holistic growth in every child to lead them on a path of being creative thinkers today.

Shreya Singh, Learning Facilitator

With a Bachelor’s in Commerce and a Bachelor’s in Education, Shreya brings eight years of experience working with children across a wide age range from early years to those preparing for competitive exams. Her journey also gave her the opportunity to work closely with children under the RTE Act, which deepened her belief in the transformative power of education.
She chose education not just as a profession but as a personal path to joy. Watching children find their voice, build resilience, and grow in kindness fills her with purpose. For her, education became the most powerful way to contribute meaningfully to the future of the country and this is her way of doing her bit.
Before joining Sparkling Mindz, she carried a vision of making education more experiential. It was here that she first experienced what truly child-centric education could look like. In a system often shaped around outcomes and job-readiness, she found a place where the child finally stood at the center. Along with a new lens and renewed purpose, she found a space of deep love and belonging. At SM, she facilitates CWE and mentors the CSP mission. She also contributes to CMAD dance and supports EPCC, bringing heart, sensitivity, and intention into every space she holds.

Yadhukrishnan, Learning Facilitator

Yadhukrishnan is a graduate with an Integrated MSc. in Chemistry. He has two years of research experience in chemistry and 2.5 years of experience.
His passion for teaching and working with children led him to pursue a career in education. He aims to inspire a love for science among children and make learning an enjoyable experience. This vision brought him to Sparkling Mindz, where he found a place that redesigns education with unconditional love and empathy at its core.
Driven by his love for science, Yadhukrishnan serves as an SIE facilitator and as part of the EPCC during the events, contributing to the creation of confident, inspired learners. As part of the SM Plates mission, he works to create societal impact by raising awareness about healthy eating and practices.

Sreedevi Ranjit, Learning Facilitator

With a Master’s in Mathematics and nearly 12 years of experience in curriculum design, Sreedevi specializes in US K-12, CCSS, and CBSE curriculums. She has worked as a Math Content Creator, Manager, and Project Lead, refining digital content using various tools.
Passionate about making math accessible and meaningful, she joined Sparkling Mindz Global to align with a vision of nurturing curiosity and creativity. At Sparkling Mindz, she integrates math with life experiences, fostering critical thinking through interdisciplinary approaches with the support of her team.
As part of the TRUI Team, she connects math to nature through organic farming projects, helping students develop hands-on problem-solving skills, and also contribute to the mission ventures. She also contributes to the CMAD Team, guiding children in dance and drama.

She was drawn to Sparkling Mindz for its hands-on, play-based approach to learning, which transforms every day into a joyful and fulfilling experience. What truly inspires her is witnessing children think critically, explore creatively, and experiment in their own unique ways.
Through her time at Sparkling Mindz, Maanasa has come to understand that working with children goes far beyond caretaking. It means seeing each child as a whole person, being fully present with their words, actions, and even their silences.
Being a part of Sparkling Mindz has also been a personal journey for her, a chance to reflect on her own beliefs and narratives, helping her grow as an educator and also as a human, holistically.
